In 2010 Jose started AeroTrade Capital LLC, an engine trading, leasing, and parts remarketing company. Mr. Leon has been a strategic advisor to Powerhouse Engines since 2017 and joined the company full time in 2020.

Overseeing all aspects of Maintenance Repair and Overhaul operations, Eradin began his aviation career in 1993 and has become widely regarded one of the foremost experts in midlife commercial jet engine repair.
